WHAT BOAT ENGINES DO YOU WORK ON?
Our crew is experienced working on a variety of brands including Mercury, Mercruiser, Honda, Suzuki, Johnson/Evinrude, Yamaha, SeaDoo and more. We do not service Force, Polaris, Chrysler, Pre-1990 Mercury 2-strokes, Honda AquaTrax or Yamaha 2-stroke Waverunners.
DO YOU OFFER DOCK MONITORING SERVICES?
We have a dedicated crew that monitors docks every two weeks and moves in/out as needed for water levels. Click here for more info!
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?
Yes, we offer installation of any product sold at Dock Depot.
I DON'T HAVE A TRAILER. DO YOU OFFER PICKUP/DELIVERY?
We have several shop trailers available. We will be glad to meet you at the ramp or pickup/deliver to your dock.
DO YOU CONSIGN BOATS/PWCS?
Yes! We will be glad to help you sell your boat. We will take care of the advertising, lake tests and sales.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash, check and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely to ensure the safety of your financial information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At The Dock Depot & Marine Supply Company, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
